Wife is always 9.5. In all brands, including UA. These arrived quickly, but are physically smaller than her other pairs. Fit like an 8. Shoe is approximately 1 inch shorter than her other UA's. She liked the color, so we ordered. Now they are in a box back to UA. Shoe box is smaller than sons youth 6 runners came in. Problem with sizing for sure.
