This belt, works great for either walking, running or bike riding. Stays in place place perfectly while exercising. I use it all the time.
I really like this running belt for longer runs. Offers plenty of space for a large smart phone as well as an easy access pouch for gels if wanted. Easily adjustable and comfortable. Just did a 16 mile run with it and hardly noticed it was there. I would definitely recommend it!
