These are nice quality and fit me perfectly (5'6", 154 pounds). They are fitted at the ankle but not too tight like I have found with others. And an excellent price!

The UA Squad 3.0 Warm-Up Pants may fit comfortably over leggings, as they are designed to be loose fitting. They may be a little snug with jeans, but doing so would be based on personal preference!
