Hi! The UA Sonic 7 Shoes feature a softer, lighter UA HOVR™ cushioning that is responsive, reduces impact and returns energy. They also feature a 3D-molded sockliner for enhanced step-in comfort, so they should be very comfortable! However, we can't inherently advise that they will help with back pain.
