I like this bra alot for how supportive it is. It is however a little difficult to clasp in the back on your own.

The Women's UA Continuum High Sports Bra may be pulled over the head, or put on while the hooks are open, hooking them in the front, turning the bra around so that the hooks are in the back, and then putting your arms through the straps last.
The adjustable straps are not able to be uncrossed.
