I normally wear an XS, but I had to exchange for a size small in these shorts. The XS size was a little tight around the belly area. The wide waistband is very comfortable and has no bulk at the waist. I like that the outer shorts are soft and flowy and don't flare out at the splits. The inner shorts are supportive and comfortable.

The Women's UA Flex Woven 2-in-1 Shorts do not have side pockets for your hands but do feature a side drop-in pocket on liner shorts.
