Can you swim in these? Do they have a panty built in to the compression shorts?

Hi, there! Our UA Fly-By shorts are not specifically designed for swimming, but do dry fast, so they may work! They also feature inner shorts, but not a liner.

Do the inner compression shorts have pockets on both legs? Or is there just the one pocket on the outside?
