I am impressed.
What seems like another fleece, after my 7 miles sweaty run, the shirt is not soaked through in sweat and I still look good wearing it. I am considering getting another one like this.

Add it to your closet!
I love this baselayer - although I haven't tried too many other brands. I bought mine tight fitting - a MD (I'm 5'10", 34B, and my hips are 101 cm.) I'll admit, it's a little too tight some days - it will add pressure onto my shoulders that's uncomfortable. But once I'm outside, I don't notice. The material is thicker than the 1/2 zip version of this shirt. This shirt has little squares/cells that add air to make it hold heat whereas the half-zip version is just fuzzy on the inside.
The shirt is fairly good at not catching odours. I wore this last spring while working in Manitoba - I would walk for 30km a day across fields and sometimes through wetlands. I also didn't have access to running water so I only showered once a week and did laundry once a month. I wore this shirt often and it didn't catch a horrid smell. The armpits would smell like my deodrant at the end of the day but hanging it inside out by an open window aired it out well.
I would recommened this baselayer for someone who is not too active while outside. I wear it when hiking in various temps (from 0 degrees celcius to negative 40 degrees celcius). If I'm moving, I'm sweating in it - although that usually means I'm warm too! I would like to try the 3.0 or 2.0 for hiking to see if those will keep me just as warm but less sweaty.

Warm base layer
Warm and comfortable layer, washes well with no shrinkage or pilling. Very glad I ordered up a size as I prefer a slightly loose fit.

Great base layer
Bought this 4.0 base layer to be worn watching outdoor sports games and skiing. Couldn't be happier with the warmth. I am always cold and this top is a must for me. Not bulky, can easily layer. So far only worn for outdoor events, can't wait to hit the slopes with this.

Cold weather game changer
As someone who trains/plays outdoors all year (in Chicago where that can mean sub-zero, freezing rain, etc) it's great to find a shirt that genuinely keeps me warm and comfortable w/o feeling like the Michelin man. And I'm often cold, so that's no easy feat!
Two tips for UA: thumbholes! These don't work on any ua top I've purchased. Arms are the right length but too short for thumb holes. If you use them they push into the webbing of your thumb or pull at your shoulder or both. And I'm pretty small (5'4") def don't have the wingspan of an eagle. Easy fix, guys
2nd request: colors. I wear these shirts stand alone for work as an exercise therapist. A few colors besides black would help.
