Solid product
I used this with my old elbow pads and it worked great! Locked up the pads so they didn't slip around at all. Ironically, when I bought new elbow pads the material didn't grip as well to it. Got the XL and it fit well, I'm dad bod 6'3 225 with long arms.
The back is that mesh material. It's a really good wicking shirt. I highly recommend it for older elbow pads.

Runs a size smaller
I have been using these shirts for years, but this version has a major sizing issue the same way a lot of the products are now. While it is a compression shirt this version fits easily 2 sizes smaller in the body than the previous version while the sleeves are even longer. So consider that before buying. I will be returning as the sizing of this does not match the charts or any other version. Definitely reconsidering buying UA going forward due to the constant issues.
