This is my favrite Gear I have bought three of these in red , black and yellow colors I find it amazing Its aterial is fantastic and fit is superb I feel so nice to wear these gears and everyone like it I am so happy to have these and wish I could get more stuff like this

I’m the same specs! I originally went with the XS and that works great! Recently, I got two sized S and it offered a lot of the same compressive fit but was easier to pull off post-workout. I wear all three pretty interchangeably, though!
Yes, we would recommend sticking with a MD in the Men's HeatGear® Long Sleeve for a true ultra-tight, compression fit! If you prefer a fit that is not as tight, we may recommend sizing up.
