Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cushiony and springy all in one! I have really enjoyed running in these shoes. I have put about 75 miles on them so far, all 4-7 mile runs and I am really impressed with the level of cushion. I also really like that they help to bring me forward into a mid-foot strike because I am a chronic heel-striker. The toe box is roomy as well. I dont feel like my toes are crunched up when I wear them. I generally run in either a womens 9 or 9.5 and went for the 9.5 on this for a great fit.
