Great Tempo & Race Shoe
If you’re looking for fast turnover and a lightweight, this is the shoe! I’ve used this shoe for many tempo runs, track workouts and races. Once the shoe breaks in, the carbon plate provides a really good ride. Give it a few runs for ultimate comfort. The shoe does run narrow, but once broken in it feels fine.

Amazing shoe !
I never realized how much a difference a good running shoe make since I had these. At first I thought this was way too much foam for me. But realized that my joints don’t hurt after running on pavement. Also I found these shoes activated my posterior chain in terms of glute activation. Normally I find my hip flexor and my hamstrings get tight if run in a basic shoes. This shoe delivers!

Fast and comfortable
I recommend these shoes for half marathon distance and below. They felt super FAST and springy for 13.1 miles. Overall, the fit was comfortable and the shoes had a pretty and sleek look. I'd recommend them for race day only, since they are light and maybe not the best for logging long training miles. In hot weather they are well-aerated! If you wear colored socks underneath, the shoe will appear in the color of those socks - bright yellow socks made for a fun race day look.

Fun & speedy!
I got to test this shoe back in February at the Austin Marathon! It’s nicely cushioned and helped me take on those hills with ease. Since then I’ve been enjoying their bounce and lift-off for some shorter fast races like Fastest Dog in Austin 5K (came in 2nd), Beach2Bay Relay (my team won), and more!
