Perfect for HIIT and strength training
I bought these because of the compression fit and they did not dissapoint. I performed way better in these leggings than in any other brand I've used. I came back to buy 2 more of these before they sold out. I'm 5'3" 130lbs and size small fit just fine.

Womens HeatGear Ankle Leggings
I am 5 foot 1, 150 lbs, with an athletic build, and I like the fit of the Medium. It falls at my ankles, and the high waist helps a lot with coverage. The first thing I do with leggings is the squat test and these did not disappoint. Highly recommend.
