Hi, Courtney! Our Movement Leggings and Meridian Leggings are similar in that they're both soft, include 4-way stretch, and are moisture wicking or fast drying. The main difference is our Meridian Leggings are our softest luxe fabric yet featuring LYCRA® ADAPTIV fibers that the Movement Leggings do not have.
