Fits my 5'6" athlectic frame 115 lb size meduim very comfortably. For being fitted they are not binding. You are able to move around without digging into your skin. Has nice fit around the waist. Nice long length for the legs without ordering long length. The one pocket is nice to have to hold cell phone while you walk.
