What happens to these fleece pants if you use fabric softener? I use it in all my clothes and would prefer not to have to do special wash for these.

Typically, fabric softener is not advised for polyester, workout clothing, or clothing that wicks sweat/moisture, as it may alter the fabric and its properties over a period of time.
