The Armour Fleece® Men's Pants are considered a straight leg pant and do not have elastic around the bottom.

Hi, Sherdena! The size of the leg openings on our Armour Fleece® pants in size small is 6 1⁄4" and is 6 3⁄8” in medium, 6 1⁄2” in large, 6 3⁄4” in XL, 7” in size XXL, and 7 1⁄4” in size 3XL.

Do the size Small have a 31" in-seam also?

Hi! Yes, the inseam for our regular lengths is 31". The inseam for our tall lengths are 33".
